I've been exeprienceing the problem of a splash screen with the error, NetworkUpdarteAgent.exe - DLL Initialation Failed when trying to shutdown/restart my XP laptop. It has the Volvo software as well as a few others for heavy-duty trucks. This error has been going on for over two months. Any solution as of yet?
